HOW TO ORDER?

STEP 1: PLACE ORDER

1. Go to the product item.
2. Choose the quantity you need.
3. Add your order into cart.
4. If you need designing/arranging/editing service, please contact us. Extra fees will be incurred.
5. Check out and complete your payment.
   

STEP 2: SUBMIT DESIGN

1. Prepare your design(s) in PNG format. Your design(s) must be:
   – Transparent background
   – A3 size (287mm x 420mm – Portrait)
   – A2 size (574mm x 420mm – Landscape)
   – Strictly in RGB colour mode
   – Strictly in 300 pixels per inch (ppi)
2. Create an email with a subject ‘DTF ORDER – WEBSITE’ and write down all details in the body which includes:
   – Name (as in your order)
   – Full Address (as in your order)
   – Phone Number (as in your order)
   – Size of Film (as in your order)
   – Quantity of Film (as in your order)
3. Finally, attach your design(s) in the email and send it to: hongjetprinting@gmail.com
4. Whatsapp us after you’ve submitted your design at +6013-331-2900

Please follow the guidelines as we have mentioned above. We will not be responsible for any errors from abiding to the basic guidelines!

HEAT PRESS SETTINGS

1st PRESS: 15 seconds at 150℃ and wait until the film completely cooled down in room temperature. Then, peel off the transparent film.

2nd PRESS: Cover the printing with teflon sheet and press again for 5 seconds at 150℃.
