SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Hongjet Technology Sdn. Bhd., we provide a standard delivery to any address.
We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates, either via air freight or sea freight. While we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver and shipping charges, you may check earlier with our salesperson on current rates based on freight, weight & volume.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding Malaysian public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-4 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. We will get in touch with you and keep you updated until your order is received.
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
All payments are accepted via inter-bank transfers.
