You can choose which type you prefer for heat transfer printing – either sticky or normal type. The prices in our store are still the same. It all depends on your cutting preference and design.
STICKY TYPE
Best for small letters and fine lines cutting, offering sticky backing liner. Must be cold-peeled.
NORMAL TYPE
Easy and fast weeding, offering less sticky backing liner. Must be hot-peeled.
PU (POLYURETHANE)
• A highly-flexible polyurethane–based material (90 microns) which gives it a matte-finish surface.
• It’s thin and soft to hands compare to PVC.
• Durable, stretchable, and washable.
PVC (POLYVINYL CHLORIDE)
• A shine-free polyvinyl chloride-based material (180 microns) which gives great versatility.
• Excellent for large letterings or number figures, which are easy for cutting and weeding.
• Less expensive than PU. A good solution for customers with tight budgets.
VINYL
It takes a little more time and patience to install, but once installed it can appear to be hand-painted. You have a single colour to work with, and multiple colours can be layered during installation.
• Can only be CUT (non-printable).
• Has many types and colours.
• Thin conforms to texture.
PRINTABLE
Much easier to install and will closely resemble a “peel and stick” sticker. Printable is basically what it sounds like – inks are used to print a design onto clear or white vinyl and because of that, printable can produce many multiple colours.
• Can be PRINTED on and CUT.
• Photo realistic.
• Easier to install.
Both PU/PVC Vinyl and PU/PVC Printable have very much the same application using the heat transfer printing. All these materials are compatible with:
